2022 Has Come to an End

Ok confession time. I have not been on here in a long time. A really long time. When I started this blog I was intending to write something every week. As you can tell that did not happen. Life happened instead and other things came first. I hate that, but it’s the truth.

I can’t believe 2022 is coming to an end today. The year went so fast. My family has done so much this year. Not just Disney. We had three trips to Disney and the first 2 definitely didn’t go as planned at all. The third one was just a one day surprise (more on that in another post) trip to Epcot at the end of a Universal/ Legoland trip. That made up for the other trips and was a great book end to the year. My husband was with us, and he isn’t a theme park guy, and we had a great time.

This year my little guy has had Covid, RSV (on the second Disney trip) and the flu (twice). He has had countless other illnesses and man this year was a doozy for getting sick. I’m sure most of you have experienced the same things.

My plan for this blog was to help people be prepared for their trips and in turn learn a little about myself and Disney in the process. I was also going to try to become a travel agent to continue to assist people with their trips. The travel agent thing has happened yet and I don’t even know if I want to do that anymore but I know I still love Disney and I love helping people.

I especially love Disney with my son. Seeing how much joy he has when we go on our trips is priceless. He talks just about every day about the trips we have taken this year to Disney. He will randomly bring up a ride or a show we went to or that time we met Mickey.
